Recipe Of The Month

Brussel sprout salad

1 lb brussel sprouts, shredded
2 large carrots, shredded
3 scallions, sliced thin
4 T. fresh dill, chopped

 

          Mix together all ingredients in a bowl and serve. This salad can be mixed with your favorite dressing or used as a wonderful starter in a vegetable stir fry, mixed with a bit of sesame oil, garlic, ginger and soy sauce.
